Voila j'ai eu la brillante idée de proposer a ma belle soeur de lui refaire son appartement...

Donc je dois soit nettoyer le mastic qui noircit enfin j'imagine que cest de l'humidité, soit l'enlever pour en remettre un nouveau..

Comment puis je faire???

tout depend de l'état du mastic

parfois vaut mieux changé si c'est trop abimé

Ben si y a pas toute la maison a re-mastiquer, je préfère toujours enlever le vieux et refaire a neuf. Le support doit etre bien sain et bien sec. et je me sers d'une patate pour le lisser!! lol et je fais les finitions avec les doigts mouillés!

le joint silicone ????

Bah c'est simple faut prévoir du white spirit et faire une ligne de silicone très fine puis repassé avec le doigt (trempé dans du white spirit) sur la ligne

le white aura pour effet de ramolir le silicone on en fait ce qu'on veut Mr. Green
